I am so pleased to share my experience with Chrissy Brasler who helped me navigate my home buying process from beginning to end. I had several realtors prior to Chrissy and if I wasn’t “Ready to Move” tomorrow, they just sent me listings and never checked in. The first time Chrissy and I chatted on the phone, I knew she was my realtor, plus she was building a home in Del Webb and I felt like that was good karma! She never made me feel pressured and even when I had a hiccup in the home I selected, she was there to help represent me until I was completely satisfied. She accompanied me on my walk throughs and closing which provided me so much confidence about the entire process. We met Chrissy playing pickleball. When we mentioned the possibility of relocating, she took the time to determine what we would be looking for, and then showed us a few properties, quickly leading us to the one we chose. It was new construction and we were out of state. Chrissy visited the site, sent photos and progress reports and maintained communication with us. When it came time for various inspections, she was there! and was thorough. Great personality, very helpful with many aspects of relocating, and we highly recommend her! Incredibly patient, outrageously competent!! My home shopping experience was a 2 1/2 year search. Not knowing what I wanted but knowing what I didn't like, Chrissy helped me drill down to the property and location that would suit my lifestyle and location requirements. Never once was there a nudge to get the process moving more quickly. Suggestions came upon my requesting them, questions answered quickly and email updates kept me informed about inventory and price changes. Once my home selection was made, we breezed through the bidding, acceptance and closing process. This being a cross country move, I needed referrals for every service. Sure enough, as I verbalized the need she had a person who provides that service and speciality. She even pointed out a local brew pub that serves incredible hamburgers. After listing our home for sale with another agent and having limited activity and showings we decided to list with Chrissy. We were not disappointed. She did a phenomenal job marketing with photos, virtual staging and online sponsored marketing videos on social media. I lost count of the number of showings because there were so many. Our family moved from the Chicago, IL area to Lakewood Ranch. This could have been a difficult process for most people. I believe Chrissy helped us through the process quite gracefully!
